In response to the strict delivery and quality requirements of automotive components, Wenliang Electronics has established a complete standardized production, testing, and delivery chain system, which takes into account rapid sample making and stable mass production to meet the order needs of customers at different stages. 

In terms of quality control, the company strictly implements the PDCA cycle management mode, takes "quality is the life of the enterprise" as the quality policy, and follows the IPC international standards and IATF16949 vehicle regulations management requirements. The factory has established independent physical and chemical dual laboratories, equipped with a complete set of professional testing instruments such as AVI appearance inspection instrument, AOI optical inspection, flying needle testing machine, impedance testing instrument, metallographic microscope, high-voltage testing machine, etc., which can complete reliability tests such as circuit conductivity, thermal conductivity, peel strength, flatness, and voltage resistance, and prevent the outflow of defective products. 

The delivery system covers a full range of products including copper substrates, aluminum substrates, single/double-sided flexible boards, and multi material composite boards, distinguishing three delivery standards: urgent samples, regular samples, and mass production. The delivery cycle for regular samples of various substrates is 5-16 days, and urgent samples can be completed in as fast as 4 days; Mass production orders are planned and scheduled based on the purchase area, with clear and controllable cycles from 9 to 24 days for daily control. In 2024, the Jiaxing production base will be fully put into operation, and industry-leading equipment such as automated LDI line machines, picosecond laser cutting machines, vacuum fast press machines, and fully automatic film sticking machines will be fully put into use, significantly increasing production capacity limits and shortening batch order delivery cycles.

From preliminary scheme communication, sample trial production, reliability testing to mass production and shipment inspection, Wenliang has established a standardized docking process, with dedicated personnel following up on order progress, balancing delivery efficiency and product quality, and providing stable and reliable circuit board matching services for major vehicles and first tier component suppliers in the long run.
